Steady Sugar support

Steady Sugar is a workshop for Control-IQ settings on a t:slim X2 or Mobi. It does not dose insulin and it does not program the pump. It does not replace the pump, the algorithm, or your clinician. Discuss every suggestion with your diabetes care team before programming any change.

Bring in your own data

Start with a settings-report PDF, a photo of Personal Profiles, a CSV, a Health export, or the sample week. Steady Sugar reads a settings report on the device and asks you to confirm every field before saving. The camera photo is not uploaded.

Unofficial connections

Tandem Source, Dexcom Share, and Nightscout are off until you turn on Unofficial connections in Data. Tandem did not publish that sign-in for third-party apps. They can change source.tandemdiabetes.com or block the connection. If the newest hour is missing, the pump has not uploaded it yet. If the session expires, sign in again. Steady Sugar does not keep the password, and it will not pretend the pump was updated.
